The second vice president and leader of Sumar, Yolanda Díaz, has admitted discrepancies with the PSOE in the negotiation of the anti-crisis decreewhich will be taken to the Council of Ministers this Tuesday, and has demanded to extend “the limitation of the revaluation of the rent to 2%”, a measure implemented and that now “is being discussed” by the Socialists, according to the minister.

“We are still working today on an extension of the measures that we had agreed to and we have a discrepancy at this very moment regarding the extension that it has regarding the rental measures,” Díaz acknowledged in an interview in La Sexta, collected by Europe Press. “I hope the correct sense prevails”has claimed.

The minister recalled that she had already negotiated with the PSOE on previous occasions “the limitation of rent revaluation to 2%”. “And this measure right now is being discussed,” said the minister, who has advocated maintaining these measures because “many people who live with a rent” need it.

The President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, announced this Monday that the Government will maintain the VAT reduction until the end of the year and subscription to public transport.
