Yoga with Sayonara Motta: an online course for women over 35

Lo Yoga is a friend of women of any age, starting from when they are children (and even earlier, if we think of the benefits of yoga during pregnancy for women and for the fetus).

That’s why the personal trainer and Yoga therapist Sayonara Motta, for over 20 years one of the most famous and expert instructors at an international level, she has designed and organized a new course dedicated to women. To offer women the tools of this wonderful millennial discipline and help them regain not only physical form, but also mental centering, a deeper and more restorative rest, and the energy needed to no longer feel tired and powerless.

How the “Activate and Reborn” Yoga course works

“The goal of the program is to (re)find our overall balance: we’ll look for it every week, with different micro-goals and themes,” explains Sayonara Motta, who has been taking care of women’s well-being for many years through physical activity and his Ayurvedic and yogic knowledge.

«It will be a live journey that will last 6 weeks and will accompany the participants to a deep knowledge of themselves. 6 weeks of “tailored” Yoga

A path divided into 6 weeks, from 8 June to 13 July, on Thursdays from 19.15 to 20.30.

Each Live online lesson consists of:

– a practical lesson, live, with asana, mudra, pranayama, meditation and ayurveda. DURATION: 50 minutes

– sharing, feedback and questions. DURATION: 25 minutes.

– Single lesson duration: 75 minutes.
