Yeboyah’s published photo from the Flow festival caused an avalanche of criticism on social media. Evening newspaper

Rap artist Yeboyah posted a picture on his Instagram account, which has attracted a lot of criticism. There are several pictures in the publication, the last of which Yeboyah has focused on the person in the background.

The photo has now been removed from Instagram.

In the comments of the picture and on the messaging service Jodel, the picture has received criticism, as it has been interpreted as bullying an unknown person.

The musician Vesala has also commented under the picture in question.

– Vika kuva best, Vesala writes with a smiley face and heart.

– What is the best here?? Is it that an ordinary festival-goer unknowingly and without consent ends up on the social media of a well-known person in an unrepresentative light? If I were the person in this picture, I would feel very humiliated, one commenter writes under Vesala’s comment.

– What makes this picture the “best”? A picture of a completely unknown man’s face for tens of thousands of social media followers to look at and laugh at? At least I missed the point of this picture, so tell me what made it the “best”? another user commented.

Yeboyah himself responded to the criticism of Vesala’s comment in the comment section of his publication.

– Probably the best because this man seems impressed by my mood, and no one here “laughs maliciously” but because it brings a good mood ❤️ chill brother it’s fucking good weather, Yeboyah commented.

Several commentators point out that the person in question is not looking at Yeboyah.

Iltalehti contacted Vesala to comment on the matter.

– I sincerely apologize for the comment and the upset caused by it. I interpreted the brave posing of the person wondering the artist. There was no malicious intent here. My apologies to this passer-by though! Vesala commented through his manager.

Iltalehti could not reach Yeboyah.
