Year Of The Shark on Blu-ray

Maja (Marina Foïs) is set to retire early – and that will be her worst nightmare. She loves her job as a lookout for the Coast Guard more than anything. Her husband Thierry (Kad Merad) has already planned a relaxing holiday in the mobile home and is looking forward to the future together. When a shark suddenly appears on the beach and causes the bathers to panic, Maja sees her chance. She postpones her retirement and tries to hunt down the shark with her young colleagues Eugénie (Christine Gautier) and Blaise (Jean-Pascal Zadi).

Year Of The Shark is directed by duo Ludovic and Zoran Boukherma and is the twins’ third feature film. In Germany, the French production celebrated its premiere at the Fantasy Filmfest in 2022. The film will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on April 20th.
