The Federal Chamber of San Martín confirmed the prosecution, embargo millionaire and elevation to oral trial, for “Trafficking in Persons for the purpose of Sexual and Labor Exploitation and Reduction to Servitude” to the influencer Yao Cabrera. The Uruguayan youtuber, whose real name is Marcos Ernesto Cabrera Rodriguezmust now appear in the Federal Campana Court in case No. 10007/20.
In addition, the Guarantee Court No. 3 of Escobar, in charge of the jJudge Luciano Marinoprogress was made in the IPP-18-00-04301-22/0 initiated by the former employees of the organizations on crimes of “Corruption of Minors, Child Pornography and Rape”. Both cases against Cabrera began in October 2020 due to the complaint of the media manager Jorge Zonzini, in the Federal Court of Campana, in charge of the Judge Adrian Gonzalez Charvaand, due to the multiplicity of sexual crimes against children and adolescents.
The designer Giovanna De Mitolethe influencer Mariano Fernandez and the publisher Joaquin Apesteguia, sponsored by criminal lawyer Ramon Arigos, they presented evidence on the alleged scams against vulnerable children and what is being investigated could configure the facilitation of prostitution to minors. These facts, according to the plaintiffs, were carried out when they worked for the questioned youtuber.
“The only thing that remains is that in the oral and public trial, which will take place at the end of the year, all parents can see, live and direct, the dangers to which their children are exposed when they connect to the network and are violated by this type of criminal associations that have the complicity of the media and platforms”, declared the former designer of Cabrera, Giovanna DeMitole, who had to go through the gesell camera and several interviews before the interdisciplinary bodies of the Human Trafficking Prosecutor (Protex), in addition to having to live in shelters for victims of trafficking with a confidential identity.

Due to the multiplicity of the alleged crimes perpetrated by the youtuber’s organization, the Federal Chamber of San Martin decided to unfold the case and that is why Yao Cabrera will go to trial for Human Trafficking, by decision of the Federal Court of Campana, and, in turn, the Guarantee Court No. 3 of Escobar, which handles of the investigation of the other multiple accusations on sexual crimes against minors.
Cabrera is prohibited from leaving the country, an issue that left him out of the promoted fight against the ex-pugil Marcos “Chino” Maidana in Dubai. It should be remembered that the Uruguayan influencer fired his lawyer months ago Alejandro Cipollawas seized for three million pesos and they ratified, by opinion of the Federal Justice, the prohibition to leave the country.
