The Supervisory Board of X5 Retail Group (Pyaterochka, Perekrestok and Chizhik retail chains) decided to change the management structure and create the position of the company’s president – the head of the holding. About it informed company on its website.
The new post will be taken by Ekaterina Lobacheva, who was Director of Legal Affairs and Government Relations.
“Igor Shekhterman, Chief Executive Officer, will focus on the operational management of the business,” the message says.

Previously, changes occurred in the supervisory board of the group – on March 1, the former head of the X5 Group and chairman of the supervisory board since 2015, Stefan Ducharme, and Mikhail Fridman, who had been there since 2006, left him.
