WZC Rozenberg opens information point for staff, residents and family

People can go to the information point with their questions about that news, but they can also tell their own story. This can be done by phone or by email.

The residential care center receives support from Belgian Red Cross Flanders and other specialized organizations to answer the questions. Rozenberg also draws up a plan for psychosocial support for staff, residents and their families.

“The board of the OCMW and the management of the residential care center hope to listen to all questions and concerns and to be able to help and provide answers in a targeted way,” it says in a press release.
