After a new inspection, there is still no accessible call system, there are still problems with medication safety and there are also new complaints. “We note that after a year of increased supervision, major shortfalls are still being identified and there is insufficient improvement,” says Joris Moonens of the Agency for Care and Health.

Room for improvement
