In the middle of the table, Champions League participants MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg made short work of EWE Baskets Oldenburg and won 104:80 (58:33).
In the third evening game, BG Göttingen won the basement duel at MLP Academics Heidelberg with 113:109 (96:96, 49:45) after extra time.
