Wullaert Professional Football Player of the Year for the first time

The 29-year-old attacker from Stasegem scored no fewer than 35 goals in the Scooore Super League last season and thus had an overwhelming share in the league title for RSC Anderlecht, the fifth in a row for the Brussels women, who also won the Cup.

This time the main prize

Tessa narrowly beat her colleague Red Flame Marie Minnaert, who will leave Club YLA for the Purple & White in the interim season. Third place went to OHL revelation Marie Detruyer. On the honor roll she is the successor to Laura De Neve (RSC Anderlecht), who was chosen last year at the first presentation of the prize over her teammate Laura Deloose and Minnaert.

Wullaert has won her prize after all, after she failed to win the main prize in the past two editions at the Golden Shoe gala. It may well be her last trophy in our country, because the Anderlecht attacker could visit other places next season.

First there will be the European Women’s Football Championship in England next summer. The Red Flames are there for the second time in a row.
