Veghel – Wouter Dortmans from Veghel in Brabant has had a bank card with a complete stranger family on it for 13 years. “When I was just dating my girlfriend, now a woman, I had to explain the story,” he says with a laugh. But after all these years, he finally knows who those strangers are, after he posted an appeal on Twitter.
