Sherolyne France, 38, is now more confident than ever. He has lost 38 kilos in three years. In 2020, France weighed another 101 kilograms.
– I can’t even describe how much happier I am now – and it’s not just about my body, says France for the Daily Mail.
At first, the woman hired a fitness trainer to lose weight. However, his enthusiasm for the gym grew so that he eventually became a bodybuilder.
– It took me decades to find my own thing, France rejoices.
She says she is a mother who has always admired bodybuilders, but never thought she could do the same herself.
When the weight quickly dropped by 4.5 kilos due to the new hobby, my faith in my own work grew. In 2021, France stepped onto the stage in a bikini for the first time.
