World record at Berlin marathon: Kipchoge sets marathon milestone in Berlin

He did it: Eliud Kipchoge made his announcement come true: The 37-year-old set a new world record in the marathon in Berlin. In 2:01.09 hours he set a new fabulous time over the 42.195 kilometers.

Kipchoge set the previous record four years ago at the same place in 2:01:39 hours.
