World Cup 2026 in US, Mexico and Canada has sixteen host cities

World football association FIFA has announced in a TV broadcast from New York in which cities the 2026 World Cup will be held. The global battle, with 48 countries participating for the first time, will be held in the United States, Mexico and Canada.

Eleven host cities were designated in the US. Those are Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles/SoFi Stadium, Miami, New York/New Jersey, Philadelphia, San Francisco Bay Area and Seattle. In Canada, football will be played in Toronto and Vancouver. Mexico hosts World Cup matches in Guadalajara, Mexico City and Monterrey.
