Amanda Kotaja28, won World Para Athletics gold in the 100-meter track medley in Paris.
Competing in the T54 class, Kotaja won clearly with a time of 15.96. This is a new competition record.
Mauritius came in second Noemi Alphonse rewind time 16.05. of the USA Tatyana McFadden was third in 16.11.
The world championship was Kotaja’s fourth at the World Championship level. He has a total of seven World Championship medals, and there are just as many European Championship medals in the trophy cabinet. In addition, he has Paralympic silver from Tokyo 2021.
The World Cup medal was Finland’s second at this year’s games in Paris.
