The German clothing provider Schöffel has expanded its partnership with the Austrian ski association Ski Austria. The workwear brand Schöffel Pro, which was launched last year, will be “the official supplier of the Ski Austria Race Service Team and the Medical Team for the Alpine Skiing, Ski Cross and Para-Sport divisions for three years,” the company announced on Wednesday. Schöffel has been clothing Ski Austria’s athletes in these areas since 2008.
“We are very pleased to be the official outfitter of the Ski Austria Race Service Team from this season and to also support the team behind the team with high-quality, functional workwear,” explained Thomas Braut, managing director of Schöffel Pro GmbH, in a statement .
Mario Reiter, Head of Sponsoring & Partner Management at the Austrian Ski Association, also praised the expansion of the collaboration: “The ÖSV has been working with Schöffel Sport since 2008. The performance of our athletes is supported with high quality, reliability and functionality,” he explained in a statement. “We are all the more pleased that the new workwear brand Schöffel Pro is now also a partner of the Race Service Team. Thanks to Schöffel Pro, our team not only looks good, but our service technicians have never been so individually and thoughtfully equipped, both in summer and winter.”
