Sustainably converted
The building will not be demolished. The existing facade panels are reused. The ground floor and upper floor will be accessible to the public. The site was part of the protected cityscape ‘Markt & Burg’.
At the moment the building has been temporarily transformed into an artist studio ‘De Tank’.
