We believe in the power of good staff. An important precondition is that colleagues are at the right workplace within the organization. However, it may be that work changes over time or that you yourself feel that you do not have the right knowledge. In this case, we will look together at how we can supplement your knowledge. This can be, for example, on the basis of a language course, professional course, training at your workplace or a complete education.
Sustainable employability
In 2018, Vostermans Companies, in collaboration with Werk-Vitaal, started an investigation into two employee groups to give concrete content to a policy on sustainable employability. As a family business, we cherish our employees, that is important to us. We listen carefully to the tips and comments of employees. 97% of the target group has participated in the survey. This provides a wealth of information that can lead to improvements in the process, the circumstances and the mutual cooperation. In addition, we have trained our managers to place more emphasis on aspects of employability and prevention during the personal meetings. By investing in employability, vitality and prevention, we want to continue to lead the way in being a good employer, limiting absenteeism and retaining knowledge for our future.
