Minister Carola Schouten for Poverty Policy, Participation and Pensions explained to the House of Representatives in more detail the priorities surrounding the Work on Implementation (WaU) programme.

WaU is a government-wide program to improve public services, with the aim of aligning better with the expectations and needs of citizens and entrepreneurs.

In the letter, the minister explains how the cabinet intends to deal with the human dimension in services and customization. It also describes how the government wants to increase its proactive, listening and cooperative capacity towards citizens and politicians, accelerate the process towards more and better digital services and strengthen cooperation between policy, supervision and implementation.
