The works currently being carried out at the Doel 3 nuclear power plant in connection with the cessation of electricity production may continue. This has been decided by the Brussels Court of First Instance. The NGO Association Vinçotte Nuclear (AVN), which had instituted summary proceedings, was therefore wrong on all counts. The organization can still appeal.
