A fifth fewer potatoes in our fields

In total, more than 6,000 hectares fewer potatoes will be grown. This is because there is less demand and there are still many surpluses from last year. You will also see less of classic vegetables such as cauliflower and Brussels sprouts in our fields. The cultivation of flax is increasing by 1,000 hectares, mainly due to increasing demand from Asia. And 2,500 hectares of corn will also be added.
