A woman was injured in a stabbing in IJmuiden. Around 5.15 pm, the victim was stabbed in the stomach on Gulikersstraat. She then fled towards the Houtmanstraat. The woman is conscious, a police spokesman said.
It is not yet known why the woman was stabbed. A man has been arrested on suspicion of involvement in the stabbing, police said.
