Woman makes mistake of pedal and drives into pharmacy

The woman had just done some shopping in the pharmacy when things went wrong. Presumably she touched the accelerator pedal instead of the brake when taking off. As a result, she drove into the facade of the pharmacy. The damage to the facade is extensive and a risk of collapse was also reported. The fire brigade arrived on site to make the situation safe. The driver of the car was transferred to AZ Delta in Roeselare with minor injuries to the chest, probably due to the seat belt.
