At the end of the afternoon an accident happened on the N371 near Havelte. A car and a van collided, presumably due to a priority error.
The driver of the car was injured and the woman was rushed to hospital. The police are investigating the cause of the accident. As a result, the N371 will be closed in both directions for some time. It is unknown when the road will reopen.
