In the social welfare office in Neukölln, a woman gave birth to a baby on Tuesday morning. The responsible city councilor for social affairs, Falko Liecke (CDU), announced on Tuesday.

First he had RBB reported about it.

The woman had an appointment with the social welfare office on Tuesday. Shortly after she showed up for the consultation of the social housing assistance, the contractions started. When the ambulance finally arrived, the birth was already in full swing.

After only 15 minutes, the little boy finally saw the light of day in an office.

Many employees in the social welfare office: “We haven’t experienced that here either.”

Mother and child are doing well, they were taken straight to a hospital.
