This can be seen in a livestream of the church service. It would according to New York Post refer to Pastor John B. Lowe, currently 65 years of age. He allegedly assaulted Bobi Gephart, currently 43, when she was 16.

Shortly after the church service, the pastor decided to make a confession to the church. “I committed adultery twenty years ago. It was not an affair, I misjudged, but I have sinned,” said the pastor. He then asked those in attendance at the church to forgive him for “the deep wound” he said he had caused.
This public confession was well received and initially earned Lowe a standing ovation from churchgoers. But then suddenly a lady came forward and spoke. She turned out to be the woman the pastor was referring to.
‘I was 16 when you deflowered me on your office floor’
“I’ve lived in a prison for 27 years,” she shouted through the microphone. “It wasn’t twenty years ago, as you say now. I was 16 when you deflowered me on your office floor. I lived in a prison of lies and pain. I lied to protect the Lowe family. I thought I was a terrible person and had suicidal thoughts, not realizing what had really been done to me,” she said.
She continues her story, claiming that “the church must know the truth. This church was built on lies, but that has to stop,” she says. “You’ve done things to my teenage body that should never have happened.”
The images show how a man is standing next to the woman. According to Fox News is that Gephart’s current partner. Addressing Lowe personally, he said: “It’s not just adultery. It’s another level when it’s a teenager and I don’t let this man talk about my wife like that. It happened for nine years and people need to be held accountable.”
‘It happened yes’
After the couple stepped off the stage again, the pastor had to answer to the churchgoers. “If you really did this, you have to admit it. You didn’t say she was 16 years old,” it sounded. “It was wrong. I can’t make it up anymore. Parts of the story are not true. But it did happen,” said Lowe.
The church in question, New Life Christian Church and World Outreach, responds to the scandal that they are “seriously hurt and broken. We feel for her and want to support her in her recovery in any way we can,” the church community said.
According to New York Post Pastor John B. Lowe submitted his resignation to the church on Monday. The authorities are investigating the story but according to the local broadcaster WANE TV no charges have been filed against Lowe yet.
