An 18-year-old woman died on Saturday evening during hardstyle festival Rebellion in Haaren. This was announced by the police on Saturday night.
The young woman became unwell around eight o’clock Saturday evening.
Resuscitation
Due to the seriousness of the situation, various ambulances, the police and a trauma helicopter came to the festival site, a 112 correspondent saw.
The woman was resuscitated by the medical team and other aid workers, but eventually died on the festival site.

The festival took place at a location on the Kreitweg in Haaren, not far from the N65. The woman’s death is being investigated by the police.
“Sunday morning, the organization of the festival would come up with a statement,” reports the 112 correspondent.
