Wolter Kroes left urgently yesterday evening at the rehearsals of the very last HLF8. The singer had to go to the hospital immediately because of his son. “He is very shocked.”
Actually, Wolter Kroes was supposed to experience the very last episode of the talk show HLF8 last night. He was on time at the rehearsals and took a photo with Caroline van der Plas, whom he saw in his Instagram stories placed. But shortly afterwards things went horribly wrong; he received a phone call that forced him to leave immediately.

Host Johnny de Mol tells in the broadcast that Wolter had to go to the hospital immediately. “I will briefly explain: Wolter was here, but he had to be rushed to the hospital for his son. He would soon close with a song. We wish him a lot of strength. I think it will be ok, but he was a bit shocked.”
There is still no clarity on the situation. “He was still at rehearsals, but he was called away. His son was said to have been taken to hospital. We don’t know the exact reason”, said show connoisseur Bart Ettekoven later in the evening Show news.
No contact
According to Bart, it is not possible to contact Wolter. “We tried to get in touch with Wolter tonight, but we couldn’t. Hopefully we can tell you more about that tomorrow. We hope, of course, that all is well with his son.”
Wolter has not posted an update on his Instagram page after last night either, suggesting it may have been a long night at the hospital.
Not Helen either
Hélène Hendriks was also not present at the very last HLF8. “She can’t be there due to private circumstances,” said Johnny. “We wish her a lot of strength through this road.”
Hélène has also not posted anything about this on her socials.
