Thomas, the son of Wolter Kroes, is still busy with his recovery for the time being. That writes the singer on Instagram. Thomas had an accident earlier this month. He collided with his bicycle against a scooter and was taken to hospital with a severe concussion.
‘We were so shocked last week with the accident of our great friend. We are now a week further and I can tell you that the recovery will take a long time, “writes 54-year-old Kroes on Instagram. Yet there is also positive news. ‘Where he was completely unreachable in the beginning, we can now talk to him normally again. So his body is recovering well from the blow.’
Thomas lies in a dark room all day and slowly gets stronger, writes Kroes. All in all, it will be a battle of months. But we are so intensely grateful that we can cuddle with him and have him with us and spoil him. But I think every father or mother recognizes that. Your child is the most important thing in your life.’
