Wolfsburg in front of a big crowd at FC Barcelona

The footballers from VfL Wolfsburg can look forward to a sold-out stadium for the semi-final first leg in the Champions League at FC Barcelona.

The Catalans put all tickets on the open market after the 50,000 tickets reserved for members were sold out on Monday, the club said on its website.

Barca did not announce how many cards were sold in total. There are still a few tickets, but they have to be reserved for some groups due to UEFA regulations. These may still go on sale.

The legendary Camp Nou last saw a record in women’s football when 91,553 fans watched the quarter-finals against Real Madrid. UEFA announced the dates for the semi-finals on Monday. The first leg in Barcelona will take place on April 22 (6.45 p.m. / DAZN). The second leg in Wolfsburg has been scheduled for April 30 (6 p.m. / DAZN).
