National goalkeeper Andreas Wolff has reached the Final Four of the Champions League in Cologne for the first time in three years with Polish handball champion Vive Kielce. Kielce progressed in the second leg of the quarter-finals with a 30:22 (15:8) against Montpellier HB, the Poles had already won the first leg in France 31:28.
The final tournament will take place on 18./19. June in the Lanxess Arena. Two Bundesliga teams are still in the running, the German record champions THW Kiel will play against the guests from Paris St. Germain on Thursday (8.45 p.m. / ServusTV and DAZN) after a 30:30 in the first leg. SG Flensburg-Handewitt has worse cards after the 29:33 home defeat against defending champion FC Barcelona. In Spain the game will be played at 6.45 p.m. (DAZN).
