No, it was an owl on a hobby horse, writes The Mirror. Eric Lind shared images of the owl on social media, where it quickly became widely shared. “That’s a Harry Potter owl!” someone joked on Facebook.
It is unclear how the owl acquired the hobby horse. Just before the bird flew away, it could already be seen in a tree with the object. “Neighbors from Hilldale, Forest Park, Ridge Lane: if your child is missing his hobby horse, talk to the owl,” Lind said.
While people see the humor in it, some commenters express concerns about the owl being so powerful. It would indicate that it can easily hurt other animals with its claws.
