Snowboard crosser Martin Nörl is in the best Olympic form on time.
The sports soldier from Adlkofen won the dress rehearsal for the Winter Games in Beijing (February 4th to 20th) in Cortina d’Ampezzo on Saturday evening and thus his third World Cup in a row.
As the World Cup leader, Nörl can count on the best chances of a medal in China. At the end of November he finished seventh at the World Cup on the Olympic course in Secret Garden. He finished eighth at the 2018 Winter Games in Pyeongchang.
Jana Fischer (Löffingen), who was also nominated for the Olympics, came sixth in the women’s competition on Saturday, her best result of the season.
