The winners of the ‘Bird Photographer of the Year 2022’ have been revealed. A photo of a winter-clad ptarmigan flying above the snowy mountains of Tysfjord in Norway takes the top prize in the world’s largest bird photography competition. Photographers from all over the world entered more than 20,000 photos into the competition, each with a view to winning the £5,000 grand prize (5,700 euros).
