Willem II – FC Den Bosch evicted after riots, match resumed later

The derby between Willem II and FC Den Bosch in the Kitchen Champion Division was stopped after more than fifteen minutes of play because fireworks were thrown on the field. At a quarter to ten, football resumed after a warm-up. The police have cleared the visitor’s area.

The supporters of FC Den Bosch were brought home by bus.

Images show that the fireworks were not only thrown on the field, but also at other supporters. Some fans tried to leave the branch. The police decided to intervene.
