According to Berend, the Easter days are not as sunny as the beginning of this week. “But it certainly won’t be unpleasant.” There are more dry moments than rain showers and Saturday seems to remain completely dry for the time being. There is also some space for the sun every now and then.
Hit and miss
On Sunday it will be changeable in Zoetermeer, because ‘a single shower can fall across the entire country’, according to Berend. “Some light rain is also possible on Monday, but it will mainly be dry. Due to a mix of cloud fields and sun, it is great weather to look for Easter eggs outside. So you can go to the Easter party on Sunday at Stadsboerderij de Balijhoeve or take a walk in one of the nature reserves in our city.
Rising temperatures
And what will the temperature do during the Easter weekend? Well, the mercury is rising to the double digits! Where the temperature at the beginning of the week is still between 8 and 10 degrees, it can become about 14 to 15 degrees on Easter Monday.
Maybe just too chilly for shorts, but the gloves can stay in the closet! Good weather conditions for a nice walk or cycling in the Zoetermeer area.
