Salah Abdeslam’s lawyers took the floor on day 147 of the November 13, 2015 Paris attacks. Abdeslam is the sole survivor of the Islamic State (IS) terror group, which killed 130 people. He faces life without the possibility of parole. “Will the verdict you pronounce make us better?”, his lawyer Martin Vettes asked the court on Friday.
