Will Smith disappeared after slapping his face at this year’s Oscars. After he had been suspected to be with a friend of hers in Dubai, a video now shows him in front of Kalina Airport in Mumbai.
Good vibes at the airport
The actor seems to have gotten over the initial shock now: Smith smiles and waves to paparazzi cameras, poses for photos and chats casually with the people around.
Indian photographer Viral Bhayani shared the shot on Instagram on Saturday (April 23). In addition, the Hindustan Times reports that Smith, 53, was staying at the Marriott Hotel in the affluent Juhu district, known for its vast sandy beach. It is also said that he would have left the city on Saturday.

Smith seems to be coping well with the consequences of his action
Will Smith stormed the stage while Chris Rock was hosting the Oscars and slapped him hard in the face. In revenge for a joke the comedian cracked about Smith’s wife Jada Pinkett’s shaved head. This is said to suffer from an autoimmune disease that leads to hair loss.
The violent action caused a lot of hustle and bustle: numerous celebrities showed solidarity with their favored party, such as Jim Carrey and Alec Baldwin. After extensive investigations by the Academy, Smith is banned from the Oscars for ten years, his relationship with Pinkett Smith has been questioned by the public and his apology to Chris Rock has had little effect.
Chris Rock only said he needed time to process the events. He would speak about the act when the time came, but the condition for this was good payment. Meanwhile, ticket sales for his stand-up shows were excellent. The number of sales increased enormously after the slap. Rock’s brother has been less forgiving of late, announcing he wants to get in the boxing ring with Smith.
