Wilhelmiina biscuits are simple but very delicious. It takes little time or effort to make, and the biscuits are rewarding in taste.
Roll a plate of Wilhelmiina biscuits for the spring party. Biscuits at the coffee table are guaranteed to make their trade.
Wilhelmiina biscuits
200 g of butter
2 dl sugar
2 tablespoons syrup
2 yolks
5 dl wheat flour
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1. Whisk in room temperature butter, sugar and syrup to a froth.
2. Mix the dry ingredients together.
3. Add the flour mixture to the butter-sugar mousse and mix the dough into scales.
4. On a baking sheet, shape the dough onto four pieces of baking paper at regular intervals. Leave space between the sticks as they rise in the oven.
5. Bake at 175 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
6. Cut the biscuit bars into slices while the biscuits are still warm.
