Helsinki IFK, which is preparing for the Veikkausliiga season, stopped just before the start of the games.
HIFK acquired an Ivorian topper, Wilfried Kanonin28.
190-centimeter Kanon is arriving in Helsinki with a hard CV. He has represented the Ivorian national team in 55 matches and played in the African Championships, among other places.
Kanon have played 123 matches in the main league in Eredivisi. He played at the ADO Den Hague from 2013-2019.
The last club in the canon was Pyramids FC of the Egyptian league.
– Kanon is a skilled and versatile topper who hopes to bring more quality to both defense and offensive play, HIFK’s sports director Mika Lönnström said.
The Veikkausliiga season starts on Saturday 2 April. HIFK opens the season against SJK in the away field.
