A sow with three piglets attacked a man and his dog in their own garden in Godsheide on Thursday evening. “Dad got away with a fright, but our dog was seriously injured. If it had been a smaller dog, it would not have survived,” says daughter Steffi. The family wants something to be done quickly about the growing wild boar population in Hasselt. “Imagine this happening while a child is playing here?”
