The news comes about eight months after the couple lost their unborn twins. Last year, Lien was hospitalized three months before giving birth. August and Camille, the twins’ names, unfortunately did not make it in the end. “Together with all the doctors we have fought to keep you in mommy’s tummy as long as possible, to make you as strong as possible. We have maintained this in an incredible way for three weeks,” Bram wrote on Instagram at the time. Unfortunately, this turned out not to be enough. “But you were still too small, yet so perfect and so perfect. Sunday 2 May we were not allowed to leave the hospital as a family, but with you in our hearts. Forever”,
A month later, the “First Dates” bartender shared a little more about this horrific event in an interview with Story. “We still have a very hard time talking about it. Lien and I are still fully in our coping and grieving process. By chatting a lot with each other we try to give it a place, but that is damn difficult. The loss of our twins is a scar that we will carry with us for the rest of our lives.”
