Concussion forces Reusser to stop
Marlen Reusser will no longer start in the seventh stage. The 30-year-old Swiss from SD Worx has suffered a concussion from the fall in the sixth stage, it was found in the hospital. Rest is now necessary for recovery, the Dutch team reports.
Reusser is a teammate at SD Worx of Demi Vollering and Chantal van den Broek-Blaak, among others. The time trial specialist was an important link in the team. Reusser triumphed in the fourth stage of this Tour in Bar-sur-Aube after a solo.
