There is a simple reason for not having rings.
Crown Princess Victoria got engaged to a gym entrepreneur of Daniel Westling with in February 2009. The couple got married in Stockholm Suurkirke in June 2010 and Daniel became a prince.

According to the Swedish newspaper Svenskdam, there is a simple reason for this: Victoria gets a rash from the rings, because she has a nickel allergy.
