It is not a hypothetical case, because this is exactly what happened on Monday morning in Apeldoorn. Garage owner Gerard Gerritsen had performed a service on Bert ten Kate’s nearly new Peugeot, when he went to grab a pen and read an email. Three minutes later Gerritsen returned to the bridge on which the car was standing. Away! At first he thought it was a joke, but CCTV footage showed that the vehicle had been stolen by a brutal woman in the short interval.
