The fourth season of “LOL” (Last One Laughing) premiered on Maundy Thursday (April 6th). As with the previous season, there were only two episodes to watch at the beginning. Despite small changes and a few surprises in the production, the principle remains the same: Anyone who laughs at someone else’s stupid joke or clumsiness is thrown out to the sound of a siren.
For those who aren’t afraid of spoilers, here’s the answer to who got kicked out in the first two episodes.
Who laughed, who got kicked out so far?
After two episodes, the answer is as simple as it is to be expected: none at first!
In the first episode Cordula Stratmann tried a stand up without success. Max Giermann, otherwise the final opponent for many participants, was just as unconvincing with his program as Michael Mittermeier. With a bit of luck, Jan van Weyde would have been the best at raising a laugh. He disguised himself as a spry grandmother.
Who was the first to lose a “life”?
Kurt Krömer, known for luring one or the other favorite out of the reserve, sparked something at Joko Winterscheidt and managed to make him giggle with a Günther Jauch joke. However, the moderator is known and feared as a permanent laugher.
In episode two, everyone agreed that this time it’s harder than ever on “LOL” not to laugh. Logically, when Max Giermann imitates the former winner of the format, Torsten Sträter, with his dry siltiness. Or Hazel Brugger as a cockroach. After all: Kurt Krömer did not find another victim and a strange forest story by Moritz Bleibtreu had no consequences. However, the actor later lost a “life” after a laugh that could only be punished with video evidence. Martina Hill also made a point, provoking a laugh from Cordula Stratmann. At the end of the episode, Anke Engelke and Bastian Pastewka appeared and caused a fit of laughter. Who got it? Only available in episode three!
When will there be new episodes of “LOL” in Season 4?
“LOL” runs in bits and pieces on Amazon Prime Video until April 20th. Episodes three and four start April 13,
Episodes five and six can be seen at the end on April 20th.
