World Health Organization (WHO) director-general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus arrived in the Syrian city of Aleppo on Saturday, a United Nations source said. Tedros’ plane was carrying about 35 tons of vital medical equipment and a second plane is due to arrive in two days, Syria’s state news agency SANA reported.
