While children rescued from the jungle recover in hospital, their families battle for custody

The four young children who wandered through the Colombian jungle for forty days will remain in hospital for at least two to three weeks. According to social workers, the foursome are doing well, but they need time to recover. As a precaution, the youngest child will remain in intensive care for the time being. Meanwhile, a battle has erupted within the family for custody of the children. The maternal grandparents are opposed to the father of the two youngest children.
