Which is better to fill up: the cheap Euro 95 or the ‘better’ Euro 98? | Car

The suggested retail price of a liter of Euro 95 (E10) is now 2.17 euros. Euro 98 (E5) costs 2.34 euros per litre. But isn’t the more expensive Euro 98 better? And is it true that with Euro 95 you can sometimes damage your engine?
