Familiar from the Finnish auction emperor program Heli Palsanmäki44, and Aki Palsanmäki52, share their experiences after Heli’s cancer diagnosis in a recent interview.

At the beginning of the year, Heli was found to have a four-centimeter malignant tumor in her uterus. The cancer had spread outside the uterus to at least one lymph node.

Last summer, it was reported that he had received information from the doctor that the treatments have worked and the cancer is gone. Heli says that he now lives everyday life one day at a time.

– The tumor is gone, but the mental burden is still great. It will take a while before I’m completely back to my former self, so let’s go one day at a time. But I can’t bring myself to talk about the whole topic of cancer to anyone anymore, Heli tells Seura.

– Now that the devil is gone, it’s a little easier, Heli continues to the magazine.

Heli’s condition will be monitored with the help of control studies for years to come. Most of all, Heli says cancer has affected his thoughts regarding free time. In the future, he plans to invest more in himself.

– Nothing has changed except that maybe now you have to start thinking more about yourself, Heli tells the magazine.

Aki and Heli Palsanmäki have been doing the Finnish auction emperor program since 2013. They have been married for 15 years.
